Introduction to the pragmatic aspects of the implementation of commercially utilized software systems. Example systems may include: database management systems, distributed systems, orchestration systems, and virtualization. Best practices in the design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of the specified software system will be learned through a series of hands-on projects, typically culminating in a final project. Software purchase may be required.
