Semiconductor Devices I

This foundational course familiarizes the theory and concepts of modern solid-state devices by introducing the fundamental concepts of P-N junction diodes, Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT), and Field-Effect Transistors (FET). Also, diode and transistor related circuits along with the biasing AC models are covered. Emphasis is placed on their characteristics and application, such as rectifiers and amplifiers.
